Easy Setup Instructions Stretch Fabric Out Stretch out the fabric, moving the bags apart in an x-pattern. The fabric should be taut, without any excessive flapping. Fill Sand Bags Fill the bags fully, being careful to use sand free from snag hazards or sharp items. Move the bags carefully, with both hands on the bottom to create tension on the fabric. Place Poles Poles should be placed about 6-12" from the corner, and close to the 'front edge' (where the wind is coming from). Adjust As Needed Two most common errors in setup are not filling sand bags to capacity or not stretching the fabric. This image illustrates a full bag (left) and one that needs more sand (right).
